People ask me all the time—


People ask me all the time—When should I hire help, Patricia?

My response is, “Before you think you need to hire, and before you have the money to do so.”

Believe me, there is something about hiring someone to help you for even two hours that can cause you to think differently about your business.

To-date, I have 9 VAs working with me. You might think that’s overkill, but I believe in “specialized” help.

Here are the areas in which I use my VAs. Perhaps this will help you think about specific areas in your business where you might need help and can begin to hire.

THE SCIENCE OF GETTING RICH


Years ago, I read such an interesting book written by W.D. Wattles.It was written 100 years ago, and the points he made have now been revealed in Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and also the ever-popular Secret.

It is a powerful book, and I want to share with you two of my favorite ideas from that book that could change how you think today.

#1 “Man can form things in his thought, and by impressing his thought upon formless substance can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.”

#2 “Man must form a clear and definite mental image of the things he wishes to have, to do, or to become; and he must hold this mental image in his thoughts, while being deeply grateful to the Supreme that all his desires are granted to him.”

I can’t read those 2 points often enough. I have to remind myself how true those statements are.

I recently polled my VIP clients asking what they need in their business at the present time to grow their businesses. I gave them 4 choices:

1. More clients2. More money3. More clarity and direction4. Other __________-

90% said MORE MONEY. It makes sense, because with more money you can attract more clients, and also hire a mentor to help you with clarity and direction. 4 people answered “other” — they either needed more time or more help in their business right now.

WHAT IS A CKO?

 MEET NATE MULROY

Nate and I have been working together for 2 years now. I have watched my business double then triple, and it all happened with his help.

WHAT IS SUCCESS ANYWAY?


This photo is misleading because…

There is never just ONE key to success. There are many things we have to do to feel successful.

However, the definition for success, according to the dictionary, is:

  • the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like.

  • a successful performance or achievement: The play was an instant success.

  • a person or thing that is successful: She was a great success on the talk show.

Sounds good, but I would like to share my definition of success in this ezine.

Success means leading a very balanced lifestyle in the following areas that we all share:

FINANCIAL

SPIRITUAL

SOCIAL

PHYSICAL

CAREER

MENTAL/EMOTIONAL

EDUCATIONAL

ENVIRONMENT

RELATIONSHIPS

FAMILY

Here is a simple quiz for you to take. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest, how would you rate yourself TODAY in each of the areas listed above?  The more balanced you are, the closer and more similar the numbers will be.

If you are a 10 in one area and a 1 in another, then you are out of balance, and if you continue down that path of unbalance, sickness can come into your life.

I am very aware of balance in my life, and I help clients with their “balancing act” every day.

So, if you gave yourself a 3 in your financial area, be gentle with yourself, and ask, “How can I make that 3 a 4 TODAY?”

You will be on the road to a very successful lifestyle just by being aware.
